Return & After-sales Policy
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for our items.
If you receive defective, damaged, missing or wrong items, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery and provide clear photos or videos. We will arrange replacements for you for qualifying issues.

1. Handmade accessories may have minor differences. Color variations caused by different screens are normal and not regarded as defects.
2. We do not offer reshipment for damage caused by improper use, excessive pulling, dropping or self-modification.
3. All items contain small parts. Keep away from children under 3 years old to avoid choking hazard.
